		<description>There will be a way to be able to use electrolysis in some way shape or form, to separate  H2 &#38; O, to power our cars. Some genius will figure it out and will become a billionarie because of it. To say it can't be done is sheer ignorance, or a scheme of the oil monopoly.</description>
