Blog Stats Take a Dive
I haven’t been doing much writing lately. For the last few days my page views have been in a downward spiral. Perhaps if I was a bit more concerned this would be a problem. As it is, this is a non-commercial blog so it really doesn’t matter if fewer people are reading what I write.
What I should be doing is writing about politics. It seems there is yet another birth certificate for Barack Obama that shows him as being born in Mombasa Kenya. The blog I found this information on is getting tons of hits and comments. Politics is popular in an election year. Perhaps if I cared I would write about nonsense like this. As it is, I would rather write about how few page views I am getting as my fingers recover from repetitive stress injury.
I think I will be spending more time these days working on my art skills. I like painting. Painting is a low stress activity. I’m getting more into the abstract types of compositions with the old acrylics. Perhaps I will post some pictures of my work on the blog in the future in a shameless attempt to market them to the population of the world. As for now, I’m back to reading for a while.
